Sales Associate – Gilbert

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for winning the hearts and minds of all our customers in the produce space. You will go above and beyond to constantly exceed your customers expectations by leveraging both existing and new product solutions.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from reputable university with demonstrated ability of active leadership in both on and off campus activities
  • Project management experience
  • 2+ years of customer facing sales experience
  • An international mindset and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Continue to grow and expand the produce market for our company
  • Find customers through prospecting and networking, win customers by engaging, identifying their needs, and designing feasible solutions
  • Execute sales strategy to exceed both planned and actual revenue targets
  • Project management cross-functional processes in order to design products that have never existed before
  • Constantly confirming customer satisfaction with both physical and virtual touchpoints
  • Coordinate both internal and external projects to win customer opportunities
  • Calculate various financial models to ensure customer projects meet company contribution margin requirements while exceeding customer pricing expectations
  • Build customer relationships strong enough in order to generate reliable monthly product forecasts
  • Diligently executes company SOPs while recording all activities in our Salesforce.com system
  • Strong presence in client facing presentations, meetings, and seminars
  • Learn everything you need to know in order to participate in industry wide changes
