IT Support Specialist is a single point of contact working with 3rd party support vendor to:

  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements and procedures
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access for local and remote computers or devices.
  • Maintain asset inventory (hardware/software)
  • Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities with processes / support issues.
  • Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices.
  • Work with a variety of computer images for Windows and Mac OS systems.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Must have at least four years’ experience working on desktop support role.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is necessary for this position.
  • Windows 10 and 11 OS Support and experience required
  • Knowledge of PC hardware configurations including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of components
  • Proficient skills in Windows laptops and desktops, VPN client applications, Remote Desktop and Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • General knowledge in networks to include basic TCP/IP understanding, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Windows 10
  • Mobile device and MDM experience, iOS and Android experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook, Office 365 is a plus
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MSCE) Certifications is a plus
  • Virtualization technology such as Citrix, VMware, and others; virtual desktop experience a plus
  • Fluent English and Polish (min. B2 level) is a must
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach are also required
