HRIS Project Implementation Contractor – Gilbert

The HRIS Project Implementation Contractor will manage and oversee Footprint’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). They will maintain internal database files and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. HRIS Contractors should be able to install, implement, modify, and upgrade HR software, and train colleagues in its use. The Contractor will handle the utilization and organization of the workforce, develop, monitor performance metrics, professional development systems, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or human resource management
  • 2+ years in a management position
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources systems
  • Experience using Human Resources Information Systems such as Workday

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity and experience with HRIS Workday/payroll software
  • Robust organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Responsibilities/Duties:

Provide technical assistance to HR and Payroll staff to ensure data integrity including identification and correction of data errors.

Maintain the integrity of data held within the HRIS.

Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software and application using Workday.

Team with Workday to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.

Manage and design the mapping of all HRIS tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting.

Build out end-to-end solutions for our data analytics, insights and tech platform while simplifying the overall system design for end users

Ensure accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated for all HRIS processes.

Develop user friendly procedures, guidelines, and a strategy to optimize HRIS systems to meet workforce requirements and drive accuracy and insights.

Train staff and new system users on new processes and functionality.

Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.

Process and maintain employee data, such as leaves, wages, applicants, and working hours.
